Kids' Club

This is a Westlife program and a way for Westlife to give back to the community through a reliable club for your child (K-Gr. 4) to engage in and grow. Westlife Kids' Club will include diverse activities, snacks, games, and free time to wind down after school.

Kids in kindergarten to grade 4 will engage in a welcoming environment where they can learn new life skills, make new friends, have fun through games and various activities based on your child's interests and needs, and work on homework.

We will be following the Rocky View School Calendar as far as days off.

FAQ

Is this club religious?

Here at Westlife, we love Jesus, and we believe that Jesus asks us to love our community. Although there may be religious material in the classrooms, the main focus of this program is to be hospitable and love our Springbank community.

Will my child get fed?

We will provide daily snacks for your child. If you would like to help provide snacks please email the director.

Is Kids' Club open to the public or just Westlife families?

Kids' Club is open for everyone!

How do I register?

To register CLICK HERE.

What happens if I am late?

It is very important that our team is able to rest and prepare for the next day so please try to pick up your child on time. But we know that sometimes things happen, so please inform the director (587-807-0689) if you are going to be late for pick up.  Repeat offenders will be charged $1 per minute that they are late.

How does Westlife ensure the safety of my child?

Your child's safety is important to us.  Kid's Club will always have a minimum of two workers in the classroom at all times with a maximum of 1 worker to 8 kid ratio. All workers will have a police check including a vulnerable sector check. We will only release your child to those who are on your "Authorized Pick Up List" found in your registration. You can add or take away from this list at any time by contacting the director.

How much does it cost?

There is an initial registration fee of $150 to hold your child's spot. The $150 will be used against your last month's payment if you provide written notice one month in advance, otherwise, it will be non-refundable. A monthly $350 payment is due at the first of each month with a $50 late fee for late payment. If you require financial assistance please talk to the director and she can point you in the right direction.

How do I get my other questions answered?

Please email the director with any other questions, she would love to hear from you.
